Changing Slot Layout resets Damage Profile values

Changing the slot layout will recalculate the whole ship data but instead of using the selected profile, it will use the omni-tank profile (even though the omni-profile is not selected).

1. Fix the calculation of the profile info

2. Double-check if we really need to recalculate the whole ship data as opposed to just the layout (presumably this is due to the initial calcs being done and stored for the current selected ship only.
